| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Follow Up Samples Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: I met with the system on 12/1 and we re-shock chlorinated the entire system a second time, achieving a chlorine concentration of well over 200ppm. We also completed the level 2 coliform investigation form, which was emailed to the state on 12/4/17.We will wait ~ 2 weeks and at that time additional repeat samples will be collected. Further action will be determined based on the results of those repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take additional repeat samples before the end of the year. | ||
