| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Well Sample Positive for E.coli DETAILS: I left voice mail messages for Jerry on 12/1 and 12/4. I did speak with Jerry via telephone on 12/4/17, and he indicated to me that he had already taken 4 repeat samples. He had taken 3 from the system and one from the well head. However, because the sample was a raw well sample and it tested positive for E.coli, I instructed him that he needs to take 2 more additional samples at the well head to confirm the presence of E.coli. He indicated he would take these additional samples at the well head. ACTION NEEDED: Take additional samples from the well. Further action will be based upon the results of those water tests. | ||
