| Details: | SUMMARY: Review of Corrosion Control Treatment due by December 31, 2017 DETAILS: Called David Claborn, Water System Operator, regarding the requirement to complete a Review of Corrosion Control Treatment as required by the Lead Action Level Exceedance letter dated August 30, 2017. Mr. Claborn indicated that the circuit rider assisted in the review and no problems with the corrosion control treatment was found. The circuit rider should have completed a report for Drinking Water Services (DWS) so he will check to see if one was submitted and if not he will send one to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Submit a copy of the Review of Corrosion Control Treatment report to DWS for review. | ||
