| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow-up - Correction Schedule DETAILS: Follow up for 3 deficiencies noted during 7/11/2017 survey:1) Well #2 casing has been sealed2) Both reservoir access hatches are now locked3) Shawn has contacted contractors to build secondary containment vessel for the diesel fuel storage. This will be completed by July 1, 2018 ACTION NEEDED: Complete secondary containment for fuel storage no later than July 1, 2018 and submit photos or call for site visit. Vessel must be 125% of fuel tank capacity. | ||
