Details: SUMMARY: Folow up on NOV/AO DETAILS: I called Mary and reviewed the two compliance actions due 12-27-2017. I requested she do the PN and e-mail it to me today. I also said I wanted a picture of the installed flag value e-mailed to on or before 12-27-2017. I explained if the system failed to comply we would move toward imposing civil penalties ACTION NEEDED: Comply with the NOV/AO
