| Details: | Spoke with lab staff on Saturday 6/26/2021 regarding the confirmation source sample results. I confirmed with office lab this morning that all 5 samples were absent for coliform and E.coli. Contact operator at approximately 10:00 am this morning. We discussed where he took these source samples and did he conduct any chlorination prior to sample taking. He reports that he took them from the raw water sample tap and did not use chlorine anywhere in the water system. | ||
