| Details: | SUMMARY: 4-Log Inactivation Verification (Contact Time Calculation) DETAILS: I met the operator out in the field to conduct a sanitary water survey. During the survey I calculated the contact time since the new contact time chambers (pipes) were installed. Using the Disinfection Verification form, my calculations determined that the Actual CT is 14.85 mg-minutes/L which is above the value of 6.0, therefore 4-Log Inactivation is achieved. ACTION NEEDED: Send Disinfection Verification Form to Carrie Gentry for review. | ||
