| Details: | SUMMARY: SWTR CT not met on 2 days DETAILS: Spoke to Georgia at the water system regarding the days in Nov that CT was not met on their SWTR. She is taking her daily chlorine readings, getting her contact time from a sheet/chart. We decided that she would get some history and name of the chart and we would touch bases after the new year to figure out why CT isnt being met on some days. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up phone call in the 1st week of Jan to help walk through the monthly surface water quality form and determine what the chart/sheet that is being used for contact time. | ||
