| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Repeat Follow Up DETAILS: Repeats and triggered following 12/11 routine TC+ all positive. Spoke with Gene and apparently they did some work on the pump and he thinks this may have been cause of positives as they did not chlorinate after work done. Further, Gene explained that he discovered the "raw sample tap" in the pump vault for well #1 is not directly from the well but post reservoir. So raw samples are actaully reservoir samples. System will install a new raw sample tap for well #1 asap. Gene will chlorinate reservoir and take additional samples or just use January samples for verification. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate reservoir/distribution. Install new raw sample tap for well #1. Continue to work with Civil West and submit chlorination plan review asap. | ||
