| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Called Don regarding report of coliform present in 12/11 sample. He stated he already knew and had a sample bottle on hand to take a sample tomorrow. I reminded him that 3 repeat samples were due as well as a triggered source sample from the well head.Invited further discussion if any of those samples showed presence of coliform.In January 2018 rules required collection of three temporary routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: ASAP 3 repeat samples and 1 source sample.Investigate and remediate as needed.3 routine samples in January. | ||
