| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: August 24, 2017 - survey showed two open bolt holes in top of well casing and no screened vent. On Sept 22, 2017 - Jon sent me pictures of the bolt holes sealed with silicone and one of the holes screened to act as a vent. ACTION NEEDED: These deficiencies are considered corrected. | ||
