Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Survey deficiencies have been corrected. The system now has an updated O & M manual, an emergency response plan and coliform sampling plan. The well head vent has been fixed with a screened return bend. ACTION NEEDED: None.
