| Details: | SUMMARY: 4th Quarter Routine Coliform Sample Positive DETAILS: Called system operator. The new operator is Travis Woodward. Facility is closed December through February, so sample was taken in off-season. Updated facility statistics. Advised Melinda that operating seasonally requires one sample each month of operation and pre-operation checklist to be completed prior to opening to the public in March. UV light was out, holding tank also went empty. Light replaced, operator understands maintenance of the uv lamps and plans to retake (3 repeat) samples soon. ACTION NEEDED: Said I would contact Drinking Water Services regarding repeat samples and if they are needed. Spoke with Rebecca T. who advised to take the 3 repeats and a TG source sample.
