Details:	SUMMARY: No Survey Due to Imminent Annexation DETAILS: I spoke over the phone with the operator, Jan Amlin, to schedule their water system survey for this week, but she stated that she was told there would be no survey this year due to the annexation project of Pelican Bay Heights to Harbor Water PUD. She also stated that she had additional expenses with this project and would be unable at this time to pay for the water system survey. I told her that given the circumstances there would be no survey done this year and we reviewed her system information for updates. Ms. Amlin provided a new contact phone number (541-507-7798) and updated the number of connections. There are currently 22 houses connected to the water system. ACTION NEEDED: I requested that Ms. Amlins contact phone number and the number of connections to the water system be updated in the the DWS data base.
