| Details: | SUMMARY: M/R Violation DETAILS: System got a vio postcard in the mail and didnt understand why. I explained that because they are a seasonal system they have to sample monthly. They missed taking a sample in September. I also reminded him that they should get a seasonal start up sheet in May/June of next year that needs to be sent in. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
