| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform + Routine Sample DETAILS: I met with operator for a sanitary water survey and she told me that she got word that the sample taken 12/15/17 was total coliform +. I advised her to shock chlorinate her well, storage tank and distribution lines since her last positive in October has not been resolved. Will (Circuit Rider) was onsite too to come up with options for dealing with ongoing total coliform issues. He is recommending chlorine residual maintenance of the distribution system or UV. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate, flush, and take repeat samples. | ||
