| Details: | SUMMARY: L2 Investigation DETAILS: I conducted a Level 2 investigation with Mr. Reedy on 12/26/17. There are several possible issues leading to the repeated TC+ results over the past year. The system is currently under inclement weather until spring at which time the system and myself will continue to work toward a solution to possible defects.An L2 investigation form was sent to compliance (DWS).
