| Details: | SUMMARY: Compliance Deadline Update DETAILS: Emailed owner Ken, Manager Gene and circuit rider Dan on 12/21 that the compliance date to install chlorine was October 21 and that a public notice is required since the deadline had not been met and attached a PN template. System has been working on a plan to install required chlorine but has not yet submitted plan review. I gave them until January 19, 2018 to submit plan review materials. System has also contacted Adam DeSemple for help with any available SRF funds to assist with the chlorination. Ken replied to my email 12/21 and said he will get on it immediately and make it a priority. ACTION NEEDED: Submit plan review to Carrie Gentry no later than Jan 19, 2018 and install continuous chlorine asap thereafter. | ||
