Details:	As we have discussed over the previous month, the lower well (Well #2) has been turned on to be used by customers due to high demand and stress on the upper well (well #1) during the hotter months. As this change is anticipated to continue for the season, the drinking water program has switched the lower well from inactive in the monitoring system to seasonal and active. I sent Matt and John the list of updated chemical scheduling as the well is now active, along with the required quarterly nitrate reporting.
