| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: 11-29-17 - Routine sample collected 11-27-17 tested TC+. Called Sheila Haddad twice. Left message regarding collecting triggered source and three distribution repeats within 24 hours and three temp routines in December.11-30-17 - Called Grants Pass Water Lab and found out that Ms. Haddad is on vacation and Stephanie Hunt collected the sample. I called Ms. Hunt and discussed the follow up sample requirements with her and sent her an e mail explaining same. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
