| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Routine sample collected 12-4-17 tested TC+. I spoke with Janet, she is going to collect a triggered source sample and three distribution repeats. I advised her not to collect routine samples from the well head/stay with the written coliform sampling plan. We noted that this sample could have been labeled "special" since a distribution sample was collected at the same time. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
