| Details: | SUMMARY: Report of Well Contamination & Misc Update DETAILS: [THIS REPORT PRECEDES THE CONTACT REPORT WHERE AN ALERT ID WAS ASSIGNED]Glenn reported that his lab had notified him of finding both TC and E.coli in well #3 source sample. I told him the protocol requires 5 confirmation samples to be collected as soon as practical also from the wellhead - the results may affect future treatment.We reviewed points from the 2017 system survey and the November 2017 Administrative Order. ACTION NEEDED: I reminded Glenn that there were deadlines with the administrative order and encouraged him to make priority (1) the plan review process for well #3 and (2) arsenic treatment plus (3) taking confirmation samples as follow up for any E.coli present in a source sample should also be a priority. | ||
