| Details: | SUMMARY: Admin Order Follow Up #3 DETAILS: I called and spoke with Alex on 1/3/18. I verified the correct mailing address for the WS. Alex said he received a copy of the civil penalty letter and is aware that civil penalties have been imposed. I asked him if he had any questions about the letter. He said he did not have a copy with him but asked if the fine would still be imposed if the problems have already been repaired. I emailed him a copy of the letter and told him to look at page 6 for information on requesting a hearing. I also gave him Brad Daniels phone number to call with any questions. I asked Alex what has been done to comply with the arsenic MCL. He said he hired Shiloh water to repack the filters with resin and flush the system. These repairs were done right before Christmas. I asked if a sample had been taken and Alex said one was scheduled to be done on 1/9/18. I reminded him that arsenic monitoring is required monthly now and he said it was set up with the testing lab (Alexin). I also reminded Alex to issue another public notice by 1/10/2018. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on compliance actions. | ||
