Details:	SUMMARY: Unresolved water system survey deficiency letter mailed DETAILS: Sent letter on 8/18/16 to Darrel Lockard to inform him of the unresolved water system survey deficiencies and the need for immediate correction and public notification. Beverly Beach Water District was to complete corrective action by July 27, 2016 or have an Authority-approved corrective action plan with a reasonable timeframe to complete the corrective actions. To date, this information has not been received for the following three unresolved significant deficiencies:1. Turbidity profile not conducted on individual filters at least quarterly2. Written protocols for under-certified operators missing3. Consumer confidence reports (CCR) for 2015 was not certified or received by the drinking water program. ACTION NEEDED: Correct water system survey deficiencies, provide public notification within 30 days.
