Details: SUMMARY: Level 1 Investigation Follow Up DETAILS: Level 1 showed a broken well head vent. The system fixed the vent and shock chlorinated the system. All three December samples came back absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Close coliform investigation deficiency follow up.
