| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: OHA DWS reached out to Civil West indicating that Shorewood Estates needed an MPA test conducted to determine the magnitude of surface water influence risk. Assistance Provided: Eric Molten set up and ran an MPA Test from February 3rd at 9pm to February 4th at 9:15am, for a total of 558 gallons. Follow-Up Actions Needed: Another MPA Test is required during dry conditions. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: The test results indicate a risk factor of 4 or low risk. Please see the attached MPA results. |
