| Details: | SUMMARY: Status of PR 112-2002 DETAILS: During yesterdays survey, Lane County noted PR 112-2002 was still not final. Don has been keeping OHA up-to-date with the project over the last 5 years. Thus, plan review is still open and conditional as long as the original PR approval letter can be located. Without that letter, PR should be reinitiated. Don will search and let OHA know if the letter isnt on file at Country View Estates. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
