| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Alert DETAILS: First quarter routine sample for 2018 is TC+. I contacted Adam by phone and email and asked him to collect 3 repeats and 1 source sample to confirm the contamination. The last four routine samples have been TC+ and no repeat/triggered samples were collected. I reminded Adam that the follow up samples are required. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat and triggered sample results. | ||
