| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I advised Mr. Humphrey that a Level 2 Coliform Investigation must be conducted and that the system must increase the monitoring frequency to monthly for total coliform/E.coli for at least 12 months beginning in January of 2018 due to the failure to take repeat samples within the required time frame for the positive total coliform. On 1-8-18, I advised him of the requirement to submit a triggered source sample to a laboratory for analysis, which will be done by 1-10-18. ACTION NEEDED: Conduct a Level 2 Coliform Investigation, begin monthly monitoring for total coliform/E.coli and submit a triggered source sample. | ||
