| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: Sept 19, 2017 survey noted an opening in the top of the wellhead. Rob called me on 1/8/2018 and stated that the open wire port had been sealed and sent pictures as well. He also updated his coliform sampling plan and located and improved his emergency response plan. ACTION NEEDED: These deficiencies are considered corrected. | ||
