Details:	Background/Problem Identification: Timber Water Association owns and operates a surface water system that provides treated water for domestic purposes to a population of approximately 180 persons. Their redwood storage tank is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. Chris Heidt reached out to the circuit rider for assistance in selection of a replacement tank(s) and to provide a simple schematic for OHA plan review. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider worked with Chris Heidt to find an acceptable replacement for the redwood tank in a prior assistance effort. The circuit rider provided a technical memorandum to assist in getting the proposed water tank upgrades submitted to OHA for plan check. TWA had contacted a contractor to further refine the scope and budgeting of the project. The circuit rider has not been asked to assist further. Follow-Up Actions Needed: None. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: A technical memorandum was generated and distributed detailing the recommended tank replacement and positive possible impact to the length of contact time as part of the prior technical assistance effort.
