Details: SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up DETAILS: Assessment sample on well #1 was TC+ and E. coli +. This source was taken off line when the result was known-- 5 confirmation samples have been scheduled. ACTION NEEDED: I asked the operator to do some flushing and pull the samples today, the well will be run and a portion will be pumped to waste as the 5 samples are taken at the well head.
