| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: In 2019, RT53 was looking to do some upgrades to their system and needed a simple draft of a plan set that they could use for an informal plan check or to show a contractor. The circuit rider put together a set of plans from existing drawings supplied by RT53 to compile a cohesive set of plans for RT53. The water system has begun work on the improvements, and due to the project visibility, the county health department had received several phone calls from concerned citizens. The county had reached out to RT53 to find out what said phone calls were in regard to. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider spoke with Doug Marshall of RT53 at length about the improvements, and it sounded like things were going well. The circuit rider also spoke with Annette Pampush at Tillamook County Environmental Health to update her on the project progress, and the background of the project.
