| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Three of the four repeat samples taken April 7, 2015, has total coliform detections. The AS sample results were absent for TC. I contacted Kyle and he is willing to fill out the Level 1 Investigation form and return to me within 7 days. He understands he needs to issue a PN and take 5 routine distribution samples for June. ACTION NEEDED: Fill out and return Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form, issue PN and take five distribution samples in June. | ||
