| Details: | SUMMARY: System missed taking LT2 sample on 1/11/2018 DETAILS: Nate Webb called to say that the LT2 sample that was taken on 1/11/2018 was misplaced and not analyzed. He asked if they should take a replacement sample now. I informed him that a replacement sample is not necessary at this point because it has been too long since the scheduled sample date. A replacement sample may be needed in January of next year and that will be determined in October. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take LT2 samples every 2 weeks until the end of September 2018. Then it will be determined if a replacement sample needs to be taken in January 2019. | ||
