Reviewed the timeline of revisions of the Surface Water Treatment Rule, Microscopic Particulate Analysis results, and other events in the Citys regulatory history, focusing on the requirement for treatment of cryptosporidium in water coming from the GWUDI infiltration gallery. Discussed the upcoming Bilateral Compliance Agreement. Dave reviewed the proposed timeline for installing UV treatment. ACTION NEEDED: City to move forward with UV project. OHA/DWS to draft BCA. | ||
