| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert for 4th Quarter 2014 DETAILS: Arsenic sample from 10/2/14 at 0.012 mg/l. WS has completed 4 consecutive quarters of arsenic monitoring and the RAA is 0.010 mg/l. After consulting with DWS, I have changed the monitoring schedule to annual and informed the operator of the changes. ACTION NEEDED: Yearly Arsenic monitoring to start in 2015. | ||
