| Details: | SUMMARY: LT2 sample DETAILS: Alice called to notify us that the lab rejected the 2/14/18 sample (sample was frozen). She resampled 2/15/18 and that sample was also rejected (volume was not the required 100 ml). ACTION NEEDED: I instructed her to collect a makeup sample next week 2/19 - 2/23 (she indicated she would), and then get back on track with sampling 2/28/18. | ||
