| Details: | SUMMARY: LT2 sampling violation for missing 10/4/17 sample DETAILS: Pat Schmidt called inquiring about a violation postcard for LT2 source sampling. The violation was issued for missing a sample on October 4, 2017. I explained that he needed to take a make-up sample on 10/3/2018. I faxed him a copy of the web page showing where he can view the LT2 samples and the date of the make-up sample. ACTION NEEDED: System to take a make-up source sample on 10/3/2018 to make up for the missed 10/4/17 sample. | ||
