| Details: | SUMMARY: No SWTR received for last 2 months DETAILS: I left Ross a phone message about the 2 latest M& R violations because submitting monthly reports on time has been a recurring problem. The Dec and January reports were not just late, but not submitted at all. (Although its possible that a late January report had not yet been entered.) I did not receive a return phone call. Then phoned camp owner Les Zollbrecht on 02/21/18-- he will consider giving that task to another staff member at the camp. Provided Les with the email address for submitting the reports since it looks like Ross uses the excel form. On 2/23/18, sent an email to Ross (ccing Les) asking him to complete more of the coliform sample forms before submitting them to the lab - namely, the chlorine residual level and sample location. ACTION NEEDED: Await receipt of December and January surface water treatment reports, and future monthly reports on time. | ||
