| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to meet CT one day in Jan DETAILS: I notified Steve via email of the violation that data entry staff noticed - Actual CT fell below what was required on January 24th. I sent him the Tier 2 public notice template which must be posted within 30 days and asked him to submit a final copy to me. I ccd the DRC on this email (Ray Doan). ACTION NEEDED: Await receipt of public notice. | ||
