| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Samples was TC Positive DETAILS: Operator thinks he did not adequately clean tap prior to flushing. Also this was to be a distribution sample and it was taken at well head. ACTION NEEDED: Take three REPEATS in distribution (right away). Take one SOURCE AA at the well, mark TRIGGERED. Take 3 temporary routine samples in the month of February. Insure adequate tap cleaning and flushing prior to taking sample. | ||
