| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: Survey from June 2014 noted no true raw sample tap and a gap in well head. Called Norman 1/24/18 to discuss 5.3 nitrate result and discussed the corrections. He sealed the wire port Jan 2015 and installed a raw sample tap January 2017. ACTION NEEDED: These items are considered corrected. Discussed possible quartely sampling for elevated nitrate. | ||
