| Details: | Mary Beth emailed the lab results to me and DWS on 6/4/2021. She acknowledged that they were within the limits. Then on 6/16/21 I received an alert from DWS that the results were over half the MCL. On 7/1/2021 to acknowledge the alert I sent Mary Beth a message reminding her and acknowledging that the results are over half the MCL. | ||
