| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies on 11/12/17 Survey DETAILS: Called operator to discuss monitoring violations noted on the above referenced survey. The nitrate sample was submitted on 6/6/17. This seasonal system is closed for the winter season. However, I reiterated the requirement that all seasonal systems must now sample monthly during their operational season. He stated he will submit samples monthly when the system becomes operational in April of 2018. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting 2018 operational season to start monthly coliform monitoring. | ||
