| Details: | SUMMARY: Viiolation Follow Up for Non-reporting Nitrate EP-A DETAILS: Violation: 900583716System received violation for no qtrly nitrate for EP-A. However, EP-A (well #1 with treatment installed) should be on an annual nitrate schedule and EP-B (well #2 w/o treatment) is on quarterly. This was noted on contact reports for alerts 7655 and 7757, although no chemical change form was submitted. I will submit change form for this. ACTION NEEDED: I will submit chemical schedule change form to show EP-A (well #1 with treatment) annually for nitrate and EP-B (well #2 w/o treatment) quarterly for nitrate until it remains R & C under the MCL. | ||
