| Details: | SUMMARY: RP Coli Positive DETAILS: Called Mandy Johnson to tell her the repeat samples have come back positive. Facility had collected positive coliform samples previously after a new well head tap was installed by professional well driller. Facility was contacted about positive samples and had company shock system - then after a weekend collected new samples which have come up positive for coliform. Facility has noted debris and brown color in system (could be rust or debris). Facility was provided Level 1 investigation form to be completed as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Perform a Level 1 investigation. Return form within 30 days and return to normal monthly sampling. | ||
