| Details: | SUMMARY: Approved Corrective Action Plan DETAILS: Mr. Page called to informed me that the City of Brookings has opted to install a state approved UV reactor - Viqua Pro-24-186, to address the source water fecal contamination issue. Mr. Page and I discussed a time frame for the City of Brookings to complete the installation and operation of the UV reactor. The completion date for the approved action was set to be on March 12th, 2018. ACTION NEEDED: Water system operator will begin the plan review process. | ||
