| Details: | Jack and Marleaux, On June 7th, 2021 a sample was taken to test for nitrates in your drinking water. The nitrate results were 20.3 mg/L. The maximum limit is 10 mg/L. When your sample exceeds the maximum limit a resample needs be taken, this is called a confirmation sample. It can be taken 24 hours to two weeks after the first sample. See (B) below for the rules. Since a confirmation sample was not taken by June 21, 2021 a violation for failure to resample now exists for Bellinger Produce. This is also a violation of your administrative order with the Drinking Water Program. Please contact Brad Daniels at the Drinking Water Program if you have any questions or concerns on this matter.
