| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow Up on Violations 3311232 / 3311233 DETAILS: I left a voice message for Jennifer informing her about the notification from the State that Lucas Pioneer Ranch currently fits the criteria to change to monthly monitoring. I explained to Jennifer what that meant and told her that, in order to avoid monthly monitoring, she has to collect a coliform sample by the end of January and report it by Feb 10th, and also another regular sample within the first quarter (at least a week apart). I reminded Jennifer that she should collect a source sample (AS sample) by the end of this year. This information was also emailed to Jennifer. ACTION NEEDED: Collect two RT samples: One has to be reported prior to Feb. 10th and the other sample should be collected within the the first quarter of this year. | ||
